Our Process

Contact our office to determine whether we can schedule you for free consultation to meet with one of our experienced attorneys concerning any of our practice areas outlined below.  If we agree to take on your case, our process is to have the same attorney oversee and handle your case, from start to finish, to the extent possible. This way you have continuity of representation.

We have a wealth of experience in Workers Compensation and other areas which may be applicable in your situation, including personal injury actions, employment discrimination and harassment actions, and Social Security disability claims.

If you were injured as a result of negligence by someone other than your employer, or a co-employee, we may be able to also pursue a personal injury for monetary damages against that third-party.

If you have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, denied reasonable accommodations, or terminated because of your injury, we can discuss whether you may have additional legal actions that you may have against your employer, and whether we can handle such additional actions. If you have a career ending injury and need assistance in pursuing your claim for social security disability benefits, we also may be able to help you with such claim.
